I know it's been awhile since I updated the blog. Life has been busy as I have been attempting to settle back into the daily grind. I returned to work on October 10th and have been going strong since then.
In the 6 weeks since surgery I am down 23.5 pounds
Total Weight Loss = 43 lbs
